SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In most cases, products with estimated production times of 2 business days or less cannot be canceled or changed after the order is placed. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 1 business day, unless the cancellation is due to a backorder, production, or material delay. The handling fee is non-refundable.
WE CAN HELP WITH REMAKING BLINDS - 30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your receipt and we'll remake the product with a different size for a 35% remaking fee and a shipping fee. The remaking fee must be paid because all of our products are custom made. Returned items must be in new condition, as they may be used to remake a product in a different size. There is a limit of 3 free remakes per order. If the remade product with the new size is more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Photo evidence may be required and products that we remake will only be shipped to the name and delivery address on the original order. This offer is not available for closeout products, commercial, or dealer orders. Remade products cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. If the delivery of an order is refused for any reason other than shipping damage, the order is not eligible for a refund. Oversize freight fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Do not return blinds to the factory, we will provide shipping instructions with the return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any returns unless the product is defective.
We do not charge for standard shipping in the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere outside of the 48 continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply with oversized products (100" or over in width or height); we'll contact you by phone or email to arrange a shipping fee.
